Guangdong JEO Settles in Hefei Baohe with Core Technologies to Jointly Build an All-Space Intelligent Industry Ecosystem

On September 20, 2025, at the site of the 2025 UAV Industry Development Matching Conference and All-Space Unmanned System Achievement Exhibition, Guangdong JEO , together with the Government of Baohe District, Hefei City, and Zhendui Intelligence, formally signed an investment and landing agreement for the autonomous vessel and robot project. This cooperation is not only a key layout for Hefei's all-space unmanned system construction, but also injects strong impetus into the development of regional new-quality productive forces through the precise integration of "technology + industry".
As a technology-driven enterprise in the field of AI and humanoid robots, Guangdong JEO has prominent advantages in core components – its technical accumulation in joint module R&D and frameless torque motor manufacturing can directly provide high-precision power and control support for unmanned equipment. As a core industrial bearing area of Hefei, Baohe District not only has a mature application foundation for unmanned intelligent vessel scenarios (such as the autonomous navigation and obstacle avoidance practice in Motan Tourism Resort), but also boasts a sound industrial supply chain system, which can provide full-chain support from R&D supporting to production and manufacturing for the project's landing. The complementary advantages of the two sides lay a solid foundation for the project advancement.
According to the plan, the project will be deeply integrated into the framework of Hefei's all-space unmanned system, and strengthen the two sectors of unmanned vessels and intelligent robots among the four major subsystems ("UAV, unmanned vehicle, unmanned vessel, and robot") focused on by the National Advanced Technology Center (Hefei). Combined with technical directions such as the "new-generation laser ranging based on SPAD array chips" that Baohe District previously focused on, the project will integrate capabilities like high-precision perception and autonomous decision-making, and adapt to multiple scenarios including water patrol and intelligent logistics.
The landing of the project is expected to release multiple values: at the technical level, it will promote the scenario-based iteration of technologies such as unmanned equipment control and robot operation; at the industrial level, it will form synergy with leading enterprises like Yunzhou Intelligence to improve the industrial chain from core components to complete machine manufacturing; at the application level, it will rely on Chaohu Lake's resources to build a "water intelligent equipment + ground robot" service system, helping Hefei build a national leading demonstration highland for unmanned intelligent applications.
