JEO Silver Drive Attends WRC 2026 World Robot Conference in Beijing; Its Differentiated Joint Technology Draws Widespread Industry Attention

At WRC, the bellwether event of the robotics industry, JEO exhibited a full set of planetary joint prototypes. It highlighted two differentiated structures: adhesive insulation with low eddy current loss and integrated non-welded heat dissipation. The team conducted in-depth technical exchanges with many leading complete-machine manufacturers and research institutions.

The 2026 World Robot Conference (WRC) was successfully held in Yizhuang, Beijing from August 19 to 23. As a bellwether event for China’s robotics sector, this year’s conference shifted its industrial focus from concept demonstrations to real operating conditions and commercial deployment. It gathered hundreds of robotics enterprises at home and abroad, with humanoid and quadruped robot complete machines and core components standing as the key highlights.

JEO Silver Drive showcased prototype samples of its full lineup of integrated planetary joints including JEO43, JEO50, JEO70, JEO75, JEO115 and JEO150, alongside core components such as YCM frameless torque motors and rotor magnets. The exhibition centered on two proprietary differentiated structural technologies:

Adhesive-bonded insulation structure: It avoids insulation damage and cross-conduction issues caused by conventional riveting, reduces eddy current loss, and improves joint operational safety and the service life of the complete robot.

Integrated non-welded structure: It eliminates risks of heat accumulation at welding spots and aging-induced weld failure, enhances heat dissipation efficiency, and adapts to high-frequency impact and dynamic operating conditions of humanoid and quadruped robots.

Visitors to the booth were mainly R&D engineers from leading humanoid and quadruped robot manufacturers, research institutes and special equipment development organizations. Extensive in-depth technical discussions covered topics including joint reliability at mass-production stage, thermal management, impact fatigue resistance, batch consistency and substitution of domestic components. The team collected first-hand feedback on real-world operating scenarios and received numerous inquiries for prototype testing and customized development.

Sticking to the full-stack in-house R&D roadmap covering materials, components, joints and system adaptation, JEO offers a comprehensive range of standard products. It also supports in-depth customization of electromagnetic parameters and mounting interfaces, and keeps the prototype evaluation channel open for complete-machine R&D institutions.

With technological innovation as the core and quality management as the foundation, we are committed to providing customers with high-quality products and services
